Conference equipment available: internet facilities, photocopier, fax machine, telephone, customisable notice board, pens and paper, flip charts, av equipment, large monitor, digital overhead projector, slide projector, white board, video conferencing connection.

All the above equipment items are available for hire but must be pre-ordered by the organiser. Hired equipment payment will be required when booking your conference.

Please note: No room charge hire for 12 and above delegates. Parties of 11 and below will incur an £80.00 room hire charge. We have structured our business day into configurable sections to meet your business meeting or seminar requirements. There is a choice of drinks at the tables or reception drinks prior to a session. Mineral Water is supplied for each session.
