Please bear in mind that The White Hart are very aware that each wedding is unique even within the following packages. With years of experience (and some great wedding suppliers) we can also help you with plenty of ideas if you want some advice.

Twilight Wedding Package

The White Hart is now offering our Twilight Wedding Package with up to 80 guests. Call us on 01787 237 250 for more information or email us.

Enjoy the romance of the sunset with our Twilight Wedding Package. Many couples now opt for Twilight Weddings for a number of reasons.

For some it is just the less formal nature of the wedding where guests can feel a little more relaxed without so many lengthy speeches or too much formality.

For other it’s that budgeting for a Twilight Wedding is easier as it’s a less expensive option than booking a venue for the whole day.

For other’s it’s simply the wonderful opportunity that wedding photos at sunset provide.

Start with a late ceremony (at around 5pm onwards) surrounded by your guests, and enjoy a starlit wedding evening.

During the Summer you have the option to hold your wedding either inside or outside, of course if the weather changes our staff are on hand to make sure everything runs smoothly.

The White Hart has it’s own specialised venue The Essex Barn built solely for weddings.

With beautiful woodwork, hung tapestries and an immaculate attention to detail, The Essex Barn is a beautiful and unique Essex wedding venue.

Our Gold Package

This package is available on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Bank Holiday Mondays.

My daughter had her wedding here and it was great everything was very professional. The food and accommodation is lovely. We had a wonderful time and a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend.

Great venue, attended our friends delightful wedding. Great service, friendly staff. Lovely rooms and grounds for wedding, sit down dinner and dance. Pretty gardens with lots of seating on the grounds.
